It describes the website as it currently operates. The site does not currently use analytics, advertising, remarketing, session replay, or heatmap technology.

2. Website delivery and hosting
The website is hosted using Amazon Web Services infrastructure in Ireland. Network information, including an IP address, must be processed transiently to deliver requested pages and protect the service.
Operational access and security logs may contain an IP address, request time, requested path, response information, browser or user-agent information, and security-event metadata. Access is limited to authorized operational personnel and service providers.

3. Contact inquiries
The contact form collects your first name, last name, email address, and message. The same information may be provided by contacting us directly by email.
We use this information to understand and answer your inquiry, discuss a possible project, provide requested information, and maintain necessary business correspondence.
The form fields are required for form submission. If you do not provide them, we cannot receive and answer the inquiry through the form.

4. Email transmission
Contact-form messages are transmitted using Amazon Simple Email Service (SES), currently configured in the US West (Oregon) region, and are delivered to the company email service. A confirmation copy is also sent to the email address supplied by the visitor.
The public notice identifies the receiving mailbox service by category rather than naming the provider. The actual provider and access arrangements are maintained in the company’s internal processing records.

5. reCAPTCHA Enterprise
The contact form uses Google Cloud reCAPTCHA Enterprise to detect spam, automated submissions, and abuse. The service may process network, browser, device, interaction, token, and risk-assessment information needed to evaluate the submission.
The form may reject a submission when the token is invalid, the expected action does not match, or the risk score is below the configured threshold. This screening does not produce a legal or similarly significant decision. If the form is unavailable or rejects a genuine inquiry, you can contact us directly by email.
Under Google Cloud’s current reCAPTCHA terms, Dynamic Programming Solutions Kft. acts as controller and Google acts as processor for reCAPTCHA Customer Data.

6. Google Fonts
The current website requests the Montserrat typeface from Google Fonts when a page loads. This request discloses the visitor’s IP address and ordinary browser request information to Google so that the font can be delivered.
The purpose is consistent website presentation. The current legal basis is the company’s legitimate interest in presenting a readable and consistent website. This integration is limited to font delivery and is not used by the company for analytics or advertising.

7. Cookies and similar storage
The website does not currently set analytics, advertising, remarketing, preference, or session-replay cookies. reCAPTCHA may create a necessary security cookie when the contact form protection is executed.

8. Processing outside the European Economic Area
The website server is located in Ireland. Contact-form email transmission currently uses an AWS region in the United States, and Google services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the relevant provider’s contractual data-protection terms and applicable safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, are used as required.
9. Direct marketing
The contact form does not currently request consent for newsletters or promotional email, and contact details submitted through it are not treated as a direct-marketing list.
If a separate optional marketing consent is introduced later, this notice and the contact form will be updated before that processing begins.
10. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
